Customize your own salad at Salad Stop with their endless choices of flavourful ingredients or choose from the delectable signatures, ‘Go Geisha’ and ‘Tuna San!’
Sink your teeth into one of my personal faves, the ‘Chihuahua’ complete with roasted chicken, avocado, jalapenos and smoked pimento vinaigrette! Yum! Pro tip: ask for ½ salad ½ quinoa to enjoy a lighter meal!

2. Rosemary Saigon
A meal time treasure, Rosemary Saigon, was an absolute goldmine during my days of lockdown in Ho Chi Minh City! From their ‘Smoked Salmon Avocado Salad’ to their ‘Mexican Chicken Quinoa Salad’ this cute little salad and sandwich shop is tossing up some of Saigon’s best salad options!

3. Deku Salad
Working directly with farmers in Da Lat, Deku Salad, is another great option for salads in the city! Besides ensuring quality ingredients, they focus on healthy, natural and delicious dressings! Their nut butter sauces, created from top quality natural local ingredients are not to be missed!
Check out their ‘Dekunamese’ salad topped with tofu, egg, edamame, roasted peanut, brown rice noodle, red cabbage, carrot, cucumber and basil with lemon vinaigrette! Or try their ‘Cashew Dekusia’ a combination of kale, spinach and mixed greens topped with chicken, egg, brown rice, red cabbage, carrot, chayote, green bean and bell pepper and smothered in a creamy cashew dressing!

4. L’Usine
Even though we know L’Usine to be delectable and indulgent they actually throw together some amazing and healthy options! You can’t tell me their ‘Honey Roasted Pumpkin & Kale Salad’ with spiced cashews, feta mousse and chorizo jam doesn’t sound heavenly!
Or how about their ‘Vegan Buddha Bowl’ complete with kale, avocado, quinoa, pumpkin, black beans and cashew dressing? Doesn’t that sound life changing?

Lean protein and plenty of veggies make Poke Saigon a pretty healthy choice in general! Especially if you’re opting for a full base of salad or ½ brown rice! Personally, this is the best place to grab that mouth watering ‘California’ bowl you’ve been dreaming of!

7. Bep Vo
Although giving us classic Vietnamese dishes to die for, Bep Vo, also offers up some tasty salads that have been a healthy go to! Their ‘Buddha Bowl Salad With Ginere-Tamarind Dressing’ topped with corn, broccoli, violet cabbage, tomato and cucumber is definitely a favourite!
They also have a delicious ‘Romaine Salad With Sesame Dressing’ that comes mixed with pumpkin, lettuce, sweet potato and zucchini!

8. Au Parc
Have you tried Au Parc? I mean they are seriously serious about the term Mediterranean as well as their salads!
From the ‘Jericho’ salad, a mix of pearl barley, red beans, roasted vegetables, beetroot, spinach, raisins, cranberries, chickpeas, labneh and pomegranate dressing, to their mouth watering ‘Sweet Goat’ salad, a toss of goat’s cheese, thyme and honey tartine on a bed of greens with pomegranate dressing, you just can’t go wrong!

At Pi Vegetarian Saigon they have fun with food! When modern Vietnamese fusion mingles with vegetarian cuisine, you know you’re in for a treat! l I mean don’t you just want to dive into their ‘Coconut Palm Heart Salad,’ ‘Tempeh Salad’ or their ‘Banana Blossom Salad?’ Because I sure do!
