Get The Best Brunch in Saigon: 10 Underrated Brunch Spots in Ho Chi Minh City You Need To Try

Did Someone Say Brunch in Saigon?

Food trends come and go in a matter of seconds in this city, but the one thing that never seems to change is Saigon’s appetite for a brunch that is as bottomless as the bowls of pho served up on every street corner. Ho Chi Minh City’s brunch culture is, like the city itself, varied, globally oriented and usually a mix of masterful fusions.

We know the tried and true brunch spots everyone oozes from on a Saturday and Sunday morning, but brunch in Saigon is wayyyy more than these time-tested spots. I’ve picked 10 of Ho Chi Minh City’s most underrated breakfast joints that are totally worth rolling out of bed for.

1. Bandido

Bandido’s authentic Mexican food is more than just something to curb your hunger, it’s a parade of snazzy llamas and sassy mamasitas dancing on your tongue as you eat! For VND 280,000++ per person you get to choose 3 dishes from either their starters, egg dishes, main dishes or desserts. Ceviches, guacs, tacos, the list goes on. Bandido is the best place to spice up your weekend with the zesty flavours of traditional Mexico!
