1. Buka Maranga

It’s breakfast and that means you need food that evokes feel-good emotions that pair perfectly with a hot cup of locally roasted coffee. Buka Maranga is home of the homemade bagel, house-made blended cream cheese, breakfast, lunch and beyond!

🥑 Try their house-made avocado bagel toast with pickled red onions, chives & watermelon radish.
☕ Sip on a pink beetroot latte or try their yummy lavender blue matcha latte.

2. Nguyet Minh Lo Banh Mi

Coffee lovers unite because there is just nothing better than an authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. Nguyet Minh Lo Banh Mi is the real deal and I can vouch for it. After 4 years of living in Saigon, one sip of Nguyet Minh Lo Banh Mi’s cà phê sữa đá and it feels like I’m back on the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City. 

Aside from amazing coffee they also have a ton of Vietnamese snacks and street food bites which are, of course, absolutely drool worthy. Don’t know what to grab? The owner is beyond wonderful and will help you out snag the best treats!

☕ Wake up with a Vietnamese iced coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá).
🍚 Snack on bánh cam or bánh rán, a deep-fried glutinous sesame rice ball!
🥖 It would be a crime not to pick up a tasy bánh mì here!

🥪 My personal favourites, the Ferakh sandwich and the Soguk sandwich.

This traveller inspired restaurant will take your tastebuds around the world and back! With casual relaxed digs, dive into eclectic global fare & tasty cocktails. Their culinary vision is led by Chef David Araya, who goes by the moniker ‘Chile.’ He’s a fifteen-year Red Seal chef who’s passionate about using fresh, quality ingredients to create a taste-tour of the world just for you!

🍣 The tuna tataki with their miso aioli and citrus soy sauce is not to be missed!
